Rock climbing – still on

Just a quick note to say that the climbing on Sunday is STILL ON, as planned (check FB / notice for details). We are aware that this clashes with some football (and also cricket, and the grand prix :~) ). Tough. We will make the following arrangements -

If you wish to leave early to watch the football then:

  • I MUST have confirmation from your parents that it’s OK for you to walk down from the crag to the car park on your own
  • You understand that you won’t be getting your climbing badge until next time we do outdoor climbing (bearing in mind that you haven’t put any on the next programme. We won’t be doing any in winter, so you’ll either have to change the programme, or wait until next summer)

If you have any problems with transport (parents won’t collect you cos they’re in the pub, for example). Then speak to me ASAP and I *might* be able to arrange something.

No idea, just searched Google for ‘football match’, and that’s what came up.

The climbing will be ‘very difficult’, but that isn’t quite as hard as it sounds, when you look at where that actually falls on the scale of things…
